    Furthest flexibility....
This is the smaller of a team a few similar Benro ball heads. This one is capable of supporting about 26 pounds. That's more than enough genius to support a pro-DSLR and a substantial lens.It features a drag knob to make the tablet head move more slowly when the main ball head knob is loosened. If you have it tight enough you can unbuckle the main ball head knob and adjust the camera without it flopping. The smallest boss controls the panorama feature - twisting the ball head on the tripod without adjusting the spat of the camera. It has marking so you can adjust it using degrees. The main ball head boss is for controlling the pitch of the camera, including setting the camera in portrait mode. This capsule head has one cut-out so you can set the camera in portrait mode. The set comes with a arca-swiss plate that can be mounted on your camera or on your lens serving. One caution - this plate is slightly larger than standard arca-swiss...

    Weakness it!
I've had two heads in the prior. The first was the basic head that came on a cheap tripod that I got when I was a teenager and was really meant to be tolerant of with a video camera. The next time around (about 15 years ago) I purchased a Bogen 3021 tripod and what I reflecting would be a very flexible (how can you go wrong with a name like that). The tripod was great and the head was incredibly willowy for setting up for a shot and taking the picture. However, it was not great for shooting anything moving, because It wasn't leisurely to track things with the design of the head and it tended to move a bit or settle while tightening it in position. Years afterwards I started reading about tripod heads and specifically bit heads. After taking a year to decide I bought this one, which I've now owned...
The best clothes head in the world
Entirely irreplaceable item for anybody with large (and heavy) telephoto lenses. Once set it does not move, bank...stays solid. Excellent product

    Benro B-0 Ballhead
Have tempered to the Benro BO-0 ballhead for couple of months. Very happy w/head. Did a lot of research between Dolica, Manfrotto, Vangaurd ballheads, on band and in stores. I had already purchased the Benro A-198EX tripod after a lot of research on the same tripods from the companies mentioned. I chose the Benro tripod even though there were no reviews for it yet & did not see it in any stores, it was a bit of a uncover of faith, but based on the feature set & specs I ordered it. (Benro site has more info than amazon) After receiving it and seeing how well the tripod was made as well as how it operated etc, I had no intractable w/choosing the Benro head as well (it had no reviews either). The head is smooth as silk through all its movements. The panning is fantabulous if needed, although w/the tripod it also has panning capability & it is very smooth and can be adjusted to be as stiff or loose as needed. One dissuade among others for choosing the Benro over others is that the actual ball is machined metal...
    A Forfeiture Ballhead
It was in shortage of a decent ball head and tripod so I went with this Benro 0 ballhead and it has proved to be a excellent win. It's not too expensive and the quality is evident the moment I used it. I use it with a Manfrotto carbon fiber tripod and it makes for a delightfully lightweight support system. Highly recommended.
    Supports my gimbal divert
This is an fantastic, affordable ballhead that supports my gimbal head and Canon 300mm f/4L IS setup. This worked for me; hence, a 5 of 5 rating.

    Arca-Swiss B1 Ballhead Review | Dan & Sherree & Patrick

I've purchased a lot of photography apparatus over the years. Cameras, lenses, flashes, personal belongings, overlay, remembrance cards, tidiness cloths, and the listing goes on and on. I've also purchased a few tripods and ballheads. Back in the halfway point of 2000, I bought an Arca-Swiss B1 ballhead , and it's the only one I've acquainted with since. I had in use accustomed to a few many heads before purchasing the B1 and was by discontent with all of them. I when all is said started giving recompense to all the recommendations for the B1 and look over Thom Hogan's Serious Backing....

A to the point intro to ballheads . . Ballheads are one of the most adroitly and most dominant types of tripod heads at. As the name implies, a ballhead consists of a tablet with a neck that allows divers camera/lens mounting options to be betrothed to it. . This bit lives in a socket within a hard-nosed metal box with ill will tiller. Ballheads are shamed, nonchalantly to use, opinionated and accelerated to snare and are the power tripod...
