A Nobility Value, But Know What You Are Getting!

At roughly 1/2 to 1/3rd the price of the , it seemed to be advantage the risk of buying it as a backup pocket camcorder. Sparkling camera, BUT...
Add or diminish another star depending on what you wanna use this camera for.This camera is PRETTY MUCH all I personally would ever need. It's luminous, can be hidden well, durable (I've dropped it a few times and it works fine), and it looks/sounds faithful, especially in natural lighting. I've shot two feature-length movies with this camera, and I revise all the footage on the camera using VirtualDub, and I get nothing but compliments about the way my pictures look and sound. Of dispatch, the sound has to be edited a bit on the computer, the mic in the camera is REALLY sensitive. Which is a problem, if there are long moments of soothe, you will hear the camera running really loudly as well, but again, all this can be fixed by taking your videos into a computer.So, if you're looking for a professional camera and have some exposure with video editing, this camera is actually quite good. However, if you want an idiot-rest camera that shoots in HD and does all sorts...
To overpriced
Before you buy the Jazz DV151 keep camcorder check for the camera at Wal-Mart. You can purchase this item much cheaper there.I also saw this camera at a local drurg hold much cheaper then Amazon. I over paid for this product and it's not as good as the Flip pocket camcorder. If you want to buy a toy for your kids then this camera will work but if you're looking for a pocket camcorder for an adult keep looking.

hold your money
The instructions for this camera happen to be written by a non English speaking 8 year old. The camera itself is poorly designed. The internal retention will not store even one picture. You lose everything when the camera is turned off. The picture quality is so poor they absolutely are not worth saving. We purchased a memory card for this camera thinking that might help. This camera will not assume the memory card. The memory card works with other cameras we have, but not this one. Save your money. This is a toy at worst. We are very disappointed in this product.

This camera is waste!
I purchased 2 of these cameras for Christmas for my kids ages 15 & 19 and what a botch that was! They worked fine for the first week but now my oldest daughters does not work at all, when you turn it on it due says 'card read' and that's all the further you can go, of course there was no troubleshooting guide in the 'book' that came with the camera so I had to go to their website so I could touch them. Unfortunately their website is a piece of junk too and I was not able to log onto it for about a week, I finally got a number that was directed to a following called Digitac - apparently the company that manufactures the Jazz camera is no longer in business and they are handling all issues with these cameras. At this sense my only option is to send the camera to Digitac for a replacement. I am very disappointed with this product and had I known advance I would have invested a few more dollars and gotten a better camera! I will chalk this one up as a lesson learned!
Ok deadlock or special use
Simple-hearted controls. Needs plenty of light for a fairly decent picture. Can't remove the rhythm stamp.Feels insubstantial. Doesn't feel like it will take much knocking around. It is worth the $40 or so I paid, but no more.
