Leica Z2X Camera
The Leica Z2X camera is possibly the overpower compact zoom camera currently on the market. The features are about equal to cameras of this kind but the all-inclusive quality of the workmanship is excellent. Everything works (functions) exactly like what is documented in the instructions. The quality of the photo's are A-one, most likely due the quality of the optics. Draw backs: Plastic housing makes the camera feel twopenny.

But quality
My dad bought this camera for m use about a year ago. I have used it several times and the pictures were of very high quality. Even though my friends took the same pictures on their cameras, the pictures I took with my camera turned out much more intelligent than theirs; they were much clearer. This camera is easy to use and the high quality compensates for its size (a little bigger than most other cameras). There is a new prototype supposedly smaller so you may want to check that out.

Noteworthy value for money, if not quite a Leica
This is a grand little everyday pocket camera. The quality of the pictures is great, and the camera has a nice no-nonsense feel to it. The soft shell makes it feel as cheap as it is - and makes it obvious to anyone (including the user) that this is NOT a Leica as we recognize them. The buttons and functions are a little weird, and getting the flash setting right for a quick-witted shot can be awkward, but the zoom works very well. For some strange reason the film loads upside down, which is a suffering in the neck when you're ordering reprints - but that's a minor nuisance that does not detract from the value of a abundant little camera at a great price.

Replaced My Canon Fist Angle Finder
The quality of the Canon Open Angle Finder C is high but the fit was quite loose on my Canon XT and 50D. The metal portion of this finder with the prongs had slenderize worn a tiny bit of the top edge of the glass LCD so I decided to look into the Seagull version. The suitable of the Seagull version is plastic so it should not damage glass at all. I also heard the fit was tighter, which I hoped would be safer after I unexpectedly popped my Canon one off the camera quite easily a few times.I actually received the newer exemplar of the Seagull that goes up to 2.5 in magnification (there is actually an even newer one providing 3x magnification). The adapters were assumed to be made from a better quality of nylon than the previous versions. Here's my findings:1. Honourable angle for the right price
After seeing how much a chum liked a similar right-angle finder on his Canon SLR, I wondered if there was anything available for my Pentax *ist 35mm camera. After searching and only conclusion older right angle finders for much older Pentax models I stumbled on this dream.The finder is well constructed; light in weight but does not feel flimsy. Probably most captivating feature for everyone looking at this product is that it appears to be compatible with almost all SLRs, regardless of brand. Adapters concede one to attach the finder to a particular brand of camera. The fit on my Pentax was snug but not so tight that I couldn't take it off without nauseating force. Though I have not made much use of the 2x magnification, I believe it would be very helpful in macro work.The only drawback to this finder is the rather rough feel to the diopter control. The upper portion of the tube rotates to adapt the viewing blurred to the user's comfort. The rotation is very fluid, but...

At the ready little gadget
I found this output to be well made and as it seems to me truly universal - at least it fit my Pentax *ist DS (a similar product by another company apparently does not). The only rational that I gave it four, rather than five, stars is that the fit is a littl too tight (although this is better than too loose). I might be able to improve this with a few adjustments, however. The viewfinder is productive for nature photography when using a tripod, especially when the camera lens is pointing upward.
