A very advantageous and nicely made tool for its price.
I purchased this painstaking item, to use when I am doing very close up work on several hobbies of mine. My first,"choice of use", for this magnifier was to use when I am working on the insides of stretch pieces I repair and restore. The main lens of this tool is just about perfect in heightening power for each "phase" I may go through as I work on repairing and restoring a watch, and/or, clock. The "main", or "first" lens is model for working on any piece, as I disassemble it and may be working with very small screws,rivets and clips and I requirement to see exactly where my hand tools are being placed each time. The "secondary" or "next magnifying range lens" up the magnifying raise, very simply and easily flips down and "snaps-solidly" into place and brings my work much, much, more rapidly to me, which is exactly what I need once inside a time piece's very small and intricate internal parts make-up. Released magnification better than more expensive products
I bought this SE MH1041LC LED Lighted Rocker Magnifier for one project and find myself using it several times a week. It is fantastic. I find the magnification better and clearer than any other magnifier I have ever tried. The distinct magnification is not just at the center in one tiny area but the whole lens! Fantastic. True it is manageable but what do you expect for $10? Still it is extremely well made for $10. It stays on my head just fine. It is untroubled. It doesn't slip. It is adjustable to other size heads when someone else wants to use it. There are two lights on either side each powered by two AAA batteries (batteries not included) that manipulate independently of each other. When I purchased it I thought I was going to have to use the drop down lens in addition to the jeweler's loupe lens and my reading specs to read the 14K marking on jewelry and such, but just the one stationary lens on this...

unspoilt product
I had never bought a fallout like this before. In looking through all the choices available and reading the reviews, I decided to give this a try mainly because of the bonus. I have nothing to compare it to, however, this product is perfect for my needs. The light is significantly bright, the headband adjusts readily, it is light weight, and the magnification power is sufficient.
Extensive Value
This is well merit the price in my opinion. The L.E.D. light is bright and it is even possible to move it side to side and aim it at your work. There are three levels of magnification with one framed-lense, one flip-down lense, and then the jewler's lense to further increase magnification. The adjustment confederate is easy to adjust to fit your head size.

I purchased this to start working on vintage pocket watches as a hobby. What a great value. First, it's lightweight, and the aright wheel in the rear makes quick fitting to your head - very comfortable. Though the LED light is polished and has a built in tilt to direct the light, it is the typical bluish LED light (a more neutral redden light would be nice). The lenses are nice; behind the fixed visor lens is a magnifying flip down lens (inside the prove), then the jewelers swivel down lens - all with nice clarity, especially for the price. Unless you're a businesslike, I see no reason why not to go with this for years to come and spend the savings on your hobby.

I bought this set of magnifying specs for my 88 year old Daddy, who had to give up reading, working with his rocks, and making model airplanes, due to drubbing of vision. Remarkably, he was able to see to read again and take part in his other hobbies, with these glasses. It took a little adjusting to get the right-minded lenses, but he is so happy that he can see to read again. I bought this specific pair of glasses because they came with 4 sets of lenses and a elucidation. Because his vision is very bad, and quite different in each eye, this gave us the option of adjusting the vision in each eye, individually. Thanks for making my Dad so beneficial:-)

This is the first and lightest headset magnifier I have ever owned. Very little distortion across the FOV. Nice to be able to flip down 0, 1, or 2 lenses at a outdated to increase magnification. I love it, it's perfect for electronics.
Not a credible product in many ways
I bought 4 types of headband magnifiers, this was the worst! The platoon adjuster is flimsy. The band swivels creep down so the unit does not stay out of the way when moved up. OK, I am a big guy with a protuberant nose, so it may not be so bad for smaller heads/noses. But for me, the lenses come down on the top of my nose and hurt in a jiffy. I could not wear these more than a few minutes. The light is incandescent and eats batteries. The focus of the light is not offspring and works like a bright spot with glare. I would not have bought this if I had seen it in person. I do not make attractive this product.

Magnifiers, heads up for eyes
These are by far the most smug and adjustable of the headband type magnifiers available. The fit and function is as promised and the added madam ' is the leather type feeling to the parts that touch your head. The circular tightening protrusion in the back just works correctly, and is engineered for comfort. You can and will want to adjust any headband during use and this protuberance makes wearing these a pleasure. When you position the viewer for close work you can strill see under if you want or just use your wrist and push the whole assembly up to clear your vision in order to find a tool or such. Lenses are responsive and you need to take care with them. If you care about your tools you will take care of this wonderful magnifier.

This is the old B&L
I was a bit fluctuating when I ordered this magnifier, because the name Bausch & Lomb has lost some of its luster over the years. If this item is a brand of things to come, then B&L is on the mend.The quality level is very high, and much beyond what I expected for the price. If I were to capitulate the one I bought, I would order another without hesitation and without even shopping for any other visor Mangifier first.

I found the offering to be as advertised and good for working on fine details such a model railroad, electronics, recreation craft, jewelry where minute detail is required of extremely small objects. Heinous hands-free magnifier
With my eyesight worsening more than I ever thought it would, this headset has been awesome. I may look like a dork wearing it, but I am a dork who can completely see everything I am doing, and doing so with adequate lighting. I don't know how this headset compares to higher-priced ones because this is the first and only I have owned, but once I figured out some of the parts/features, I realized how fashionable of a purchase this was.At first, I was a little upset when the headset kept falling on the bridge of my nose and it hurt. Then I realized if I tightened the silverware knobs on the sides, the headset no longer fell on my nose. Imagine that?!Same thing with the loupe magnifier -- it kept falling in front of my atrocity spot even when I didn't want it to.
