Today is August 21, 2010.Panasonic USA website still has this new camera on "Backorder" so Amazon seems to perhaps be the first hamlet to have this! iFrame Mode
The TA1 lets you record movies with iFrame. When using iMovie, the iFrame video figures in your camera is the same format as the one you'll be using to edit, so importing is fast and file sizes are small. You'll be qualified to edit and upload movies to the internet and portable devices right away. Iframe is based on standards, so it works with in agreement PC andMac applications, such as Apple iMovie and PC applications.

High-minded product. Loved it.
I had this factor placed on the outside fairing of my motorcycle (3) all toghter, holding on Flip HD cameras doing 90+ on the highway and in the twisties. They held spectacular, little to no vibration from the mount itself, but more from the plastic fairing. I will buy more, thats for sure, I need to do a tripop kinda mount to get the undamaged motorcycle from infront of the headlight (3-4 feet infront of headlight look back at dirt bike) for awesome shots.
