Comparatively meet value.
I can't assume trust to I paid fifty-two dollars for a Wimberley lens plate. Maybe the Wimberley is slightly nicer, but this Fotopro lens plate appears to be altogether up to the task. Good quality machining and anodization. Some people may think the price for the Fotopro itself is great in extent for a machined piece of aluminum (really, it is), but having gotten inured to what photographic mat costs, this is, comparatively, a good value.
Very sizeable value for money
Got this plate as a less valuable alternative to use on my Sirui head. Fits perfectly. However, it needs a tool (a coin for illustration) to attach to the lens/camera tightly. The Sirui plate does not need anything but it is almost twice the price. Fixed devoted to it to my Sigma 70-200 lens collar and will leave it there permanently...so the need for a coin to attach/remove from the collar is no longer an issue for me.

Accomplished quality
Weird quality for the price. Very professional machining and finish. I've got a couple of these fotopro plates and couldn't be more in seventh heaven with them.

Makes working with a tripod a lot easier...
I purchased some RRS arca-swiss parts - a timely-release clamp for my tripod head, an L-bracket for my camera, and a flash bracket. It's all vast stuff and has a beautiful finish.Later, I realized that I needed another clamp for my other tripod and unfaltering to get some lens plates for my long lenses. I was concerned because it is said that RRS clamps only work with RRS and Wimberley plates. I ordered a for my other tripod because the plates are like-minded with it and I figured that if necessary that's where I would use them.When the plates arrived, I tried them with my RRS clamp - no problems whatsoever. The clip is nice and tight, but not tighter than with the RRS lens plate. Nothing moves. Perfect fit. The finish will reveal how good it is...

Splendid product. As good as RSS, better than Kirk.
I've got QR plates on all my tripod collars. This arca-swiss QR plate is as substantial as those by RSS, but less expensive. It's got a double-dovetail and you can mount something like a RSS flash bracket on top. (Kirk plates are NOT false-dovetail, and Kirk plates are a VERY tight fit in RSS lever-release clamps. This is MUCH better than a Kirk plate.) This Fotopro is a set right fit. Design, machining and anodized finish are excellent. Highly recommended. I'm using this one with my Canon 100mm macro L f/2.8 IS tripod revere.

What a noteworthy disappointment! I bought one of these so-called arca swiss compatible lens plates for mounting to a Sigma lens tripod girt. The finish quality of the plate is fine. While the plate has the correct shape, the plate is manufactured slightly too narrow so the plate cannot be secured to an arca swiss tripod chief. This plate just slides loosely within the arca swiss mount. I just wasted my time and (money if I don't get a refund.) What was I belief to try one of these plates. I just ordered a second mounting plate of the same brand like the plate that came with my tripod ward. Do not waste your time purchasing these plates if you are expecting them to work with an arca swiss compatible tripod conk. THEY DON'T. The manufacturing of these plates need to be corrected!

Probity plate with affordable price!
I was antagonistic to buy this product. I bought Generation 4 before to use with my 500/2.8 and I also have RRS plate. I love them. When I saw this product and its price, I just wanted to give it a try (for my Nikon 300/2.8 VR). From the outcome info, I'm supposed to buy LP-115 for that lens. I thought I ordered the wrong one, but actually this LP-100 frenzy perfectly with Nikon 300/2.8 VR foot. I even think it would be a little too long for LP-115. Anyway, the blue blood of the product is great. It does not look cheapo as I would expect. It comes with everything needed. However, one constituent that I can notice, it's a little bit heavier than RRS at the same size. But it's subtle though. If you want to save some $$, this is it.

Well-expected lens plate
If you desideratum a lens plate with anti-twist tabs, the entire RI LP-nnn series works really well. And the price is unusually right.One nice feature is the slot for the mounting screw comes to within 1/2" of the anti-analysis tab. I have a couple of small footprint spotting scopes (and some mini clamps) that need this knee-breeches distance to engage the tab. On some competing lens plates, the slot stops too far away from the tab, rendering the anti-wiggle feature useless.I also find the centerline 1/4" accessory hole comes in handy for all kinds of ad hoc mounting applications (e.g. mini-bracket to make a nodal slide or macro rail, mini-ballhead for outboard mic, etc.). I have competing lens plates that require this hole, and I quickly come to miss it.As for compatibility, I own dozens of Arca-Swiss style plates and clamps from seven peculiar manufacturers (including Arca-Swiss). Works, but gives a not much
Does the job in the end, but I noticed that the engage isn't as tight with a Monoball Z1 Flip-lock quick release mechanism as arca-swiss brand plates. There is a spoonful slide forward and backward when I use this with a Sony 70-400mm G lens and tripod collar. I don't think it will precisely slide off, but it makes me nervous about using the plate in the long term, and I will probably replace this plate with an Arca-Swiss label plate.

Did not fix to lens well
The foot fit into my Arca-Swiss clip together easy enough but it would not attach to the lens tight so there was a lot of movement. The original Nikon foot secures vigorously without any movement.

Works ardent with Really Right Stuff lever clamp!
Since not all Arca dash plates are the same, and Really Right Stuff (RRS) even says on their website that not all plates from other manufacturers effort with their lever quick release clamp, I thought I'd leave a review. This plate works awful with my RRS lever clamp, so if you were hesitant to buy don't be. Build quality is excellent and the price at the time I ordered was $39.99, $60 less than the comparable RRS replacement foot for the Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR.
