ARCA SWISS Monoball p0 with Panning System and 1/4" thread,
DescriptionThe p0 is a revolutionary tripod supervisor design due to it precision, ease of use and its extraordinarily strong, concentric and uniform locking enforce. It's called Knobless because the traditional locking knobs have been removed and replaced by an ingenious geared machine. The p0 is precise, stylish, light and very strong - a hand of steel in a velvet glove! At first glint... The first thing you notice is that there are no knobs. You can grasp the tripod head from any angle, left or normal and block it simply by turning the knurled part. There's no longer any need to fumble for the locking stud! The tripod head is equipped with three locking elements, arranged around the ball like planets. These locking elements on a uniform force around the ball ensuringa smooth movement of the camera in any axis. As the camera is placed at once on the ball and not on its neck, the movements are as stable as if they were on a rubber ring. The patented aspherical pill also creates a gravitational friction force thus preventing sudden camera movement. The panning system is unconventionally located at most below the camera mount, providing a panoramic rotation that remains in line with the vertical. Not only is the p0 exceptionally affordable, but it also offers a tilt ball range of 90° and 360° panning. Regard for its super light weight of only 9,9 onces and compact format, it has unbeatable locking power. ARCA-SWISS has gone one bow out further to offer you twCustomer ReviewsWonderful tablet headThe conception of this ball head is so superior to that of the traditional ball head (and not really any more expensive) that I be amazed why anyone shopping in this price range would buy anything else. It doesn't have a friction adjustment knob because none is needed. If you be deficient in to increase the resistance to rotation, you can just tighten the large knurled locking peal partially instead of all the way. The fact that leveling the head produces an automatically level panorama is beyond question remarkable, and accounts for a third of the superiority over traditional ball heads. The other two-thirds is the increased lasting quality produced by having the camera mounted essentially on the ball itself, rather than on a pedestal above the ball, and the shockingly smooth but positive locking of the camera position by the means of the knurled ring, which, unequal to other ball heads, uses a system of gears. The head is also lighter than many ball heads of almost identical quality. Some vertical play...

I JUST PUT MY MARKINS & RRS BALL HEADS ON E-BAY!!! Wow, if you are a Pro or you like to pretend you are, do yourself a favor and try this Arca-Swiss P0 Head, I could not take it how Fast and Smooth and Solid and (here's the Biggie) HOW NATURAL it is to instantly have your One hand reposition and grasp down any angle shot in less than 3 Seconds. When I felt the package that was delivered I was worried, it was far to light to be the bean, I thought it was just the plates and the head was back ordered, Nope, It's Seriously Light, But once you lean to it in your hand you know why these Swiss Rock when it comes to precision instruments. It's like having one twist bolt tripod leg directly under your Camera, if you want to reposition fast and firmly, just resort to b advert to that silver ring 1/2 twist counter-clockwise, as soon as your angle is set,... Facts design, great ballhead! So, being made by Arca-Swiss, this ballhead oozes correctness and quality. I got the P0 because of its inverted design. (Being one of the lightest ballheads out there doesn't hurt either.) I've only seen one other ballhead, the Acratech GP, intended this way as well. Perfect panoramic shots are just part of using it. Come to think of it, why would you NOT want the panning shabby on top of the ball? Anyway, yes it's fast and easy to use. However, the new plate design concerns me. Until the P0, all Arca-Swiss (and AS compatible) plates were significantly wider than this new plate. To me it looks like the design team was forced to make these plates smaller in requisition to keep the head small. Which it is. I just put this thing on a Benro Travel Angel, and it's about perfect. It does keep the feet wider when folded, than the pigmy stock head, but the whole thing still fits in the travel bag that it came with. I highly recommend this ballhead. The only...
ARCA-SWISS Monoball P1 S (Single) with Quick Set Device - Flip-Lock (Requires Plate)
DescriptionWith their P1 pill head, an innovation patented worldwide, ARCA-SWISS confirms that they still are the leader in tripod head cabal, as they have been for 40 years. The first noticeable feature of the new tripod head is the conspicuous absence of the locking stud. Wherever the user stands in front of the tripod, they can now just intuitively reach for the ball head and apply the knurled part to set the camera as they want, without fumbling for the locking knob. The tripod head bears three locking elements, arranged around the pill like planets and also dubbed planets. These are small gears surrounding the ball and synchronized to utilize a uniform force around the ball, thus ensuring a smooth movement of the installed camera in all axes. Now that the camera is placed straight away on the ball and not on its neck, the movements are stabilized just as efficiently as with a rubber ring. The aspherical capsule creates a gravitational friction force and thus prevents any deviation of the camera. The panning system is unconventionally located well-founded below the camera mount, and constantly ensures a panoramic rotation keeping in line with the vertical. The ARCA-SWISS P1 steer is available in two versions. Version P1s (single) has a ball tilt range limited to 35° and 360° panning. Portrayal P1d (double) also offers separate base tilt allowing angles up to 90°, while a marred panning mechanism in the base provides a tilt around the tripod fixture axis.In addi |
